These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Cricket Live: Scores & Alerts(“Cricket Live,” “we,” “us”), including our iOS app, Android app, and website at cricketlive.org (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Cricket Live provides cricket live scores, fixtures, scorecards, ball-by-ball commentary, and news headlines for informational and entertainment purposes.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Third-party data — provided “as is”

Scores, statistics, schedules, and news are obtained from third-party sources. They may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not warrant their accuracy or timeliness and are not liable for any decision made in reliance on them. The Service is not intended for betting or gambling, and must not be relied upon for that purpose.

No affiliation

Cricket Live is an independent application. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the International Cricket Council, any national cricket board, league, team, or broadcaster. All team names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Advertising

The mobile app is free and supported by advertising. By using it you acknowledge that ads may be displayed, served by third-party ad networks as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute content or data from the Service;
• interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Service’s software, design, and original content are owned by Cricket Live or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cricket Live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Apple App Store

If you download the app from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Cricket Live only, not Apple, and that Apple is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce them.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
